A little over an hour by air from Adelaide lies a little known paradise of sun, beaches and clear blue sky - Ceduna. Denial Bay is 12 kms west of Ceduna and is now a major growing area for the pacific oyster.

The business comprises a 10ha oyster lease in Denial Bay - of which 6ha is developed with post / rack and rail and longline conveniently situated right in front of a land base of approx. 1.9 acres.  On a separate title the base is fully fenced and completely set up with a 40' x 20' shed with power, water and air conditioning plus furnished lunchroom with fridge, m/wave oven, tables and chairs.

There is also 6.5ha of excellent water at St Peters Island of which 3.2ha is currently developed with 1773m of triple, adjustable longline & 900m of adjustable longline. This area is emerging as some of the best water in the region and development continues on this lease.

Additionally the sale includes ample plant and equipment including an International 766 100hp tractor, Holden Rodeo 4x4 turbo diesel dual cab ute with 1.6m x 1.8m dropside aluminium tray, 7.5m aluminium oyster punt with 130hp Johnson outboard motor, 4m oyster punt with 20hp Johnson o/board, 3m rotary oyster grader with adjustable height elevator, mobile hoppers, 3m conveyer grading table plus a list of other plant & equipment and a range of oyster trays and baskets from spat to 6mm, 12mm, 17mm and 20mm BST and pillowcase units to fill all racks. There is currently (approx) 2.5m oysters on the leases.
