Denial Bay is 12 kms west of Ceduna and is now a major growing area for the pacific oyster.
The business comprises a 10ha oyster lease in Denial Bay - of which 6ha is developed with post / rack and rail and longline conveniently situated right in front of a land base of approx. 1.9 acres. On a separate title the base is fully fenced and completely set up with a 40' x 20' shed with power, water and air conditioning plus furnished lunchroom with fridge, m/wave oven, tables and chairs.
