• 9 double suites with tables, chairs, lounge, colour television, reading lamp, iron and ironing board.  The ensuite bathrooms are equipped with heated towel rails, heat lamps, hairdryer, towelling bathrobes and complimentary toiletries.  The rooms also have a mini bar ad well as tea and coffee making facilities.  Each unit has its own individual balcony offering panoramic ocean and bush setting views.

• The spacious restaurant with magnificent ocean views includes a bar and comfortable lounge area.  An evaporative ducted air cooler services the restaurant and kitchen area.  A Coonara heater provides restaurant heating.  A timber deck balcony surrounds the restaurant.

• A fully equipped commercial kitchen includes dishwasher, 3 microwaves, gas cooking range and stainless steel topped benches.

• The residence includes a master bedroom, family room, sewing room / second bedroom and bathroom with a separate toilet.  The living area opens to a rear alsynite roofed verandah and lawned area/

• The garage incorporates laundry facilities, which comprise of an industrial washer and dryer.  The garage also houses the fridges and freezers, still leaving space to garage two cars.  The cleaning of sheets and pillowslips are outsourced and are on a hire arrangement with towels, etc., being cleaned in house.

• Small entertainment area includes pool room.

• Inground solar heated fibreglass swimming pool with auto chlorinator, swim jet and spa is completed with decking and stonework surrounds.
