SA exports increase against national trend

Internationla trade figure released today indicate an increase in exports, while imports remained virtually unchanges for South Australia in May.
South Australian exports went against the national trend and increased by 9 per cent for the month.
The national deficit on goods and services for May was $556 million (seasonally adjusted), from a revised $282 million deficit in April.
